A multi-tenant school operating system: admissions, attendance, fees, academics, payroll, transport and parent communication in one product, with each school on its own subdomain.
The problem
Schools run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, registers and messaging groups. Fees are chased by hand, attendance lives on paper and leadership only sees problems at the parent meeting.

What we built
- Multi-tenant architecture — each school isolated by subdomain, token claim and query filter
- Role-based access for owners, principals, teachers, accountants, librarians and parents
- Fee milestones with automated WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders and daily late-fee rules
- Risk Radar that flags students slipping on attendance, marks or fees weeks early
- Admissions pipeline with source-level conversion analytics
- Subscription billing through Razorpay, plus a marketing site and blog

A joyful early-learning universe for ages 2–6 — learning worlds, mini-games, stories and creative studios, installable on any phone or tablet and playable offline.

Parents want screen time that teaches rather than distracts, without ads, dark patterns or an auto-renewing subscription they forget to cancel.

- Installable progressive web app that works offline once loaded
- 24-hour no-login preview, then a 7-day trial behind a grown-ups gate and Google sign-in
- Regional one-time passes in ₹ and $ with server-verified, idempotent Razorpay checkout
- Owner console with sign-ups, trial-to-paid conversion, revenue and CSV exports
- Lifecycle email — welcome, receipts and expiry reminders — sent once per event
- Coloring studio, sticker playground, stories and printables alongside the worlds
